If you look under the help tab there is a food list tab - that gives you all the various links
I have issues with the chocolate. Is all chocolate not allowed? Like even raw cocoa powder? Or 90% cacao bars? Just wondering, because I really like dark chocolate.
I found the list on my dashboard. Click on "help" and then "food lists". Printed and readt to go.
@Ruth - you've got the power! You can put yourself on any team you want right in your profile - just as the other video in the email you got described.
You can also find the nutrition levels in the tour of the site, in the dropdown "Help" menu at the top of your dashboard, on our support tab page, and on our FAQ page.
The www.wholelifechallenge.zendesk.com helped me with the last challenge.

The link listed in the comments above (under Anonymous) does not work... people are looking for the 8 page detailed list of suggested foods that you mentioned in this video. It doesn't seem to be available on the website. Is there a separate one for each level???
I want to know about the chocolate thing too since dark chocolate (with high % of cacao) is so good for you. And if it's made without refined sugar?

You can visit this blog from the Fall. The workout is written in it.
You can change your level by visiting your "My Profile" tab and clicking "edit." That will allow you to select a new level.
How do these rate?
There is no mention of wholemeal flour in the list of recommended/compliant food??? Is it ok like brown rice etc.
